Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and trusted supplier partners (including drop-ship). At checkout you’ll see live USPS and UPS rates for your address and package weight:

• USPS: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express
• UPS: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air

Orders with a package about 150 lb or more use freight. We contact you after checkout to arrange freight and confirm cost — the freight line at checkout is a placeholder, not the final charge.

Delivery times are carrier estimates once the order ships. Weather, remote areas, and carrier delays can add time. You’ll get tracking when the order leaves the shipper.

We currently ship within the United States. If something arrives damaged, email caraudioamerica@outlook.com with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
